I have left a bad review for a business but I was misled and overcharged for labor! Do not use this company! Not trustworthy! The guys who did the simple repairs and were just out to do an estimate were nice gentleman who will probably not see but a small portion of the Overcharge Rate I was not expecting! I certainly will not make this mistake twice...always get a written bid before you allow anyone to work for you especially this guy! My name is Amy Bullard and I am the new Office Manager at Blue Water Nursery. I loved this place so much, I got a job there. Please come visit our nursery. Our plants are beautiful and our nursery is full. Our staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We have many plants here I have never seen and I have worked with plants for 20 years. Please come see and then let us make your dream garden a reality.
I will shop there again and again. Their selection was great and the plants are beautiful. I will go back to Blue Water for all my planting needs.

Oh my goodness. This company sent two young men to look at a pump that was not pumping water. They checked the intake line and saw a leak. I assisted them in connecting a water hose to fill the lines and turn the pump on, no water. They were there no more than 20 minutes. They were coming back today, but we went with another company and cancelled their return trip. They called and left a message that we owed $85 for a service call that took about 20 minutes, billed for an hour, and about $85 more what they did. Really, that ... read more
Blue Water put our sprinkler system in last month. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative. I was pleased with their service and even ended up hiring them to do some yard maintenance. They even gave me a referral credit when my neighbor hired them to do some work on his yard. I realized this is the same company I purchased a couple trees from a year or so ago. They planted both trees and warrantied their work. Overall, I have no complaints. I am very pleased with the work done.
