The condo was in a good location and decorated beautifully, but not clean. There was sand all over the floors and our socks turned black. We had a family emergency at 3 am and had to take a family member to the emergency room. We offered to clean the condo in exchange for extending checkout from 10 am to 1pm but were coldly told no. The owner did a great job with providing all necessary kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc to make the stay comfortable. honestly, we usually stay next door at crescent keyes and blue water is definitely a step below , smaller pools, older chairs, no lazy river on sixth floor just a pretty useless patio
