The team at Blue Water Home Loans are truly knowledgeable professionals. To make a long story short we originally took out our first loan through Blue Water Home Loans but then a few years later another company promised us a lower rate. We went with that company and it was a nightmare! Because of mistakes this company made in getting our taxes paid on time (which we had the funds in escrow) we ended up paying almost twice as much for our mortgage then originally agreed upon.
