They could admit to their mistakes and help the customer instead being all about the money. Mistakes happen even when you are a doctor.Try taking more interest in the patient.
Does a great job! I had cataract surgery on one eye 15 years ago or more. Still have perfect vision in that eye. Then probably 8 years later had the other eye done. Another perfect job!!!
