Felt like a bait and switch the estimator was clean and respectable came and said I needed my skimmer replaced and showed me the cracks and where it was leaking. Kevin called me with the quote all together it was $1,900 which I thought was high but the company seemed respectable. Two Haitians that didn’t speak English showed up to do the actual work when they ripped out the concrete instead of placing it in the wheel barrel or on a tarp they threw it on the finished deck and chipped up the paint.
