I am thrilled to be working with Blue Water. From the first interaction to them taking care of the black mold in my pool. There were other companies that said it could not be fixed and began to pitch me a new pool. Not with these guys. They explained the process and followed up, daily sometimes until the mold was GONE!! Now, it’s sparkling and inviting…we’re thrilled! Thanks to the whole team that helped!! I’ll see you next week for weekly service. Photos to follow.

This company been servicing my pool for about eight years, few months ago they told me that I might have a leak in my pool so I paid them $600 and they brought a diver who confirmed that there is a little leak. Then they tried to charge me $3000 to fix that leak and I told them to wait because the price seemed very high, while they were constantly calling and asking to pay the $3000 they intentionally turned off our automatic water refill without telling us, to show us that we do need to do the repair for $3000.
