I am not a client, but was in need of help, and the office staff was great to follow up with me on what they could do for my cows + who to contact further. Great service & follow up, thank you Kim!
Misdiagnosed my horse with EPM. Then Charged me a bunch of money to say “take your horse to msu, we have no idea what is wrong.” Terrible customer service. That horse now is doing amazing. Five months later and he’s made a full recovery. and they told me I would never be able to ride him again. New vet believes he had a neck injury that healed its self.
