Absolutely the WORST! I don't even know where to begin. When I first signed up with Blue Water Propane I gave them a CASH deposit of $1800 for the entire heating seasons pre buy. Well what happened was nobody contacted my previous company and they came by and filled up before blue water dropped their tank. Every other company out there (longs, tri county, and blue flame) all handle this for you. So I made the mistake assuming blue water does too. BUYER BEWARE !.....I have dealt with several (at least 5) LP gas suppliers in the Midland area. BLUE FLAME is the ONLY company that has charged $80 when I switched to another supplier. I contacted Foster Oil and explained and all they said was "Its our policy". BUYER BEWARE...Watch ALL the fine print ...they did not point out this "policy" when I enquired about fees when I started using this firm. FOSTER OIL Company.
