Hi Txxxx, When we provide quotes they are usually based from what the homeowner is requesting and what is in their budget. We "Never" try to talk anyone out of what they ask for. We recall you choosing the stamp and the color and overlay product to match the new patio area. Marcus tried to recommend that you tear out the exiting patio and stamp an entire new concrete pour for the entire patio. We used Blue Vista for a new backyard. Not only were they extremely proffesional and curious but anytime we had questions or concerns they were extremely quick and helpful. Marcus and his employees did Wonderful work and they warranty their work for a full year and actually honor their warranty. Great company!!!

Marcos, Sonia and the crew were the most professional, hard-working, punctual contractors I have ever worked with (and as a realtor, I've worked with MANY.) Their attention to detail was really impressive, and client satisfaction is their top priority. Throughout the five or six week project, I received consistent updates from Sonia regarding progress and schedule. They met our deadline and did an amazing job!
