Unfortunately, I made the mistake of calling Berlin Blossom when my cousin passed away. When the flowers came, they were awful and the customer service to handle my dissatisfaction was even worse. Even the card was faded and had names misspelled. Thankfully, I called Bonnie at Blue Violet and she was able to fix the arrangements on short notice. She took something awful and made it beautiful.
