Purchased a Travalong trailer from them. Very nice experience. Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was good. Delivery time estimate was accurate. Trailer seems very good quality. We are very happy. We had a blue truck and chose a blue trailer and were amazed when we picked it up at how well it matched, it was like we gave them the paint code! I definitely recommend purchasing a trailer from here.
Absolutely the worst experience purchasing a new trailer. We had issues with the new trailer, took multiple calls to get a resolution, and had to work it in their schedule. Errors is paperwork, on mso, on sales tax, and we’re rude about fixing. I would not recommend. Usually small town shops are the best… not here. Lousy experience.
