Great facility, fantastic staff, but an unconscionable waste of public resources devoted to pickleball. The portion of the complex devoted to court-type games comprises 8 basketball/volleyball courts. More specifically, 24 full-size adjustable basketball goals and 8 volleyball nets, each of which can be folded into the ceiling. Each basketball goal assembly retails at $30,000 installed ($720k for all 24) and who knows what the volleyball assemblies cost...safe to say near $1,200,000 all-in-all.
