Management likes to pick and choose who they give notices to. I may have bikes out and get a notice while several trailers have damaged skirting and blankets in windows which are violations as well. They try to overcharge for trash service when you can get it cheaper if you pay the company directly. They refuse to address a huge dead tree in my yard although Management acknowledged it was a dead tree. This company raises rent every so many months without a 60 day notice.
