Bad service, only when you arrive with new insurance, they attend to you quickly and are attentive while you are already part of that insurance, they do not answer you.
Stu has been amazing to work with! He is quick to respond, helpful, and is quick to respond with detailed information. My husband and I are very grateful and will continue get our car insurance here.
Up until today I had loved working with Blue Valley, but due to today’s events I won’t be going through them for my auto insurance anymore. I was in an accident last year and was found not at fault because of my dash cam footage. The claim went to arbitration where I was, again, found not at fault. I received my deductible back (which I paid initially just to get repairs started on my car). Brian is the best. He has answered untold amounts of questions from me via email about my policies over the years. He’s always patient and kind. He just saved us a bunch of money on our home insurance recently. Just contacted me out of the blue and said he found a much better rate.
