Received their flyer and called to get an estimate on some outdoor work. They asked me to text my information to them, we then set up an appointment via text. They confirmed date/time. Stayed home all day. They never showed up, when I messaged them asking if they were ever coming they just ghosted me and never responded. Pathetic service.
Dan and his crew have done Exceptional work with replacing our deck, and were able to get the entire project done in a quick and professional manner, even going beyond with cleaning up afterwards, even redoing brick work that they didn't need to do! This is also a company that is VERY transparent with costs, materials and labor upfront to make sure you see every aspect of where your money is going into throughout the entire project. I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. I called ahead to speak with a contractor for an estimate on renovating my property. I spoke to Dan over the phone to go over the process, and he agreed to meet me at my property on a specific date and time. Unfortunately, I was completely stood up. Dan didn’t show up, didn’t call, and ignored all my texts and messages—no explanation whatsoever. Dan and his crew just replaced 2 decks with Fiberon composite decks. His crews work was exceptional and precise. They were on time each day and worked very hard. The city inspector commented on how he was impressed with the two new decks and their construction. I would highly recommend Blue Valley Contracting for anyone wanting a fair and honest job done right.
Dan and his team are great. He's done siding, two decks, steps, and most recently, replacement windows, with excellent work by Hector and his crew. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Best of all, they were reasonably priced. I can't say enough about what a great job they did.
