Drove through today to see if this is a place I'd want to live. One third of the place (homes) is junky and unkept. Its located in the middle of nowhere surrounded by industry with a strange smell in the air. Needless to say it doesn't please any of your senses. I'll be looking elsewhere.
I retired and chose Blue Valley for my forever home 5 years ago. The people are friendly and it is a comfortable, safe environment. Living lake side, and enjoying the wildlife has been a dream come true for me. My neighbors amazing.
Edit- Tina P you cannot leave yourself a 5 star review to help your ratings. Nothing was mistaken, obviously it’s not that great when you have offenders living in your park with public records which is against your own terms you created, what was misunderstood in that? Also charged $80 for a FREE credit pull that says on the website it is not accurate. Management is awful. Requirements say credit 650+ & no criminal history. Christina Kane is mistaken. Management does not make the decision. It is true that the park requires a 650 or above credit score, but it also includes each persons credit history. Unfortunately, manufactured home parks still have the reputation of Trailer park/trailer trash. Blue Valley is a beautiful updated Lakeside community with wonderful neighbors, caring people and responsible management.
