The place is front or a tax right off
Blue Tulip has it all: great chocolates, rich hot cocoa, delicious chocolate covered oreos, and plenty of other fun treats and gifts. It's my favorite chocolate shop and I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the area. The staff is super friendly too, especially the owner!
Pretty but bland chocolate. Very rude staff. Won't be going back.

Just did a hot chocolate crawl testing a bunch of hot chocolates in Westchester. Blue Tulip is definitely number one!!! A must try on these cold winter days.
