I had an unfortunate situation when, upon returning from a short trip, I found my barely year-old A.O. Smith water heater not operating. Curtis was prompt and professional. He really did a thorough job and was excellent at explaining our water heater issue.
He showed up on time. The water heater repair was done quickly. He checked the faucets to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
Had a wonderful experience with Blue Tower Plumbing from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze with open availability and he worked with my schedule.
