He came down to London, Ky to clean our ice machine. Did the absolute best job anyone has ever done while being super sweet and friendly. You can tell he truly cares. He cleaned every detail with precision and patience. Honestly couldn't have asked for someone better. An absolute God send. Thanks ☺️ Worth every penny.
Curtis was awesome! I called him with a problem with my Rheem on demand water heater. I needed and igniter coil and igniter coil gasket. I called plumbing supply stores in Lexington and surrounding counties. As far away as somerset. No one could get me the part I needed. Curtis went to work with his contacts. Within 15 minutes he found the part. He had the part sent overnight. He kept me informed the next day until it showed up at 7 PM. He contacted me and we met to get the part! Great service. Flexible scheduling. Really appreciate the time taken to explain the problem, the best way to fix it, and making sure I was happy with the plan. Provided up front pricing before completing service and the rates were very reasonable. Left no trace that he had been working in the space, even with drywall involved. Very respectful of my home. Highly recommend.
