I had an unfortunate situation when, upon returning from a short trip, I found my barely year-old A.O. Smith water heater not operating. Fortunately, with the unit under warranty, I was directed to Blue Tower to schedule a tech to investigate and, if possible, repair the water heater. Curtis was prompt and professional. He really did a thorough job and was excellent at explaining our water heater issue.
He showed up on time. The water heater repair was done quickly. He checked the faucets to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
