Services were very reasonably priced and Curtis was very professional, helpful, and great to work with! (even though our issue was a bit of a beast. Will definitely be using Blue Tower Plumbing again!
I called Blue Tower Plumbing on a Saturday. A gentleman named Curtis helped me with an error code so we could figure out what was wrong with the water heater. I don't think anybody's ever done that for me, unless they asked for my credit card first. I would trust this company.
I was nervous at first about cold contacting Blue Tower but am so glad I did! Curtis listened well to my tale of woes. As a senior citizen I much appreciated he took care of Everything for me. He was always pleasant and professional even when an unexpected issue came up. If we were neighbors we would be friends. Highly recommend.
After I contacted Blue Tower, they coordinated with my schedule and arrived promptly. I needed a couple of outside water faucets replaced. He was a super nice fella and was great to work with. I felt he provided quality work for a fair price. I will be using them again!
