He showed up on time. The water heater repair was done quickly. He checked the faucets to make sure everything was working properly before he left.

He came down to London, Ky to clean our ice machine. Did the absolute best job anyone has ever done while being super sweet and friendly. You can tell he truly cares. Curtis was awesome! I called him with a problem with my Rheem on demand water heater. I needed and igniter coil and igniter coil gasket. I called plumbing supply stores in Lexington and surrounding counties. As far away as somerset. No one could get me the part I needed. Curtis went to work with his contacts.
