I recently bought a new steering box for my 2005 Ford F-350. It took all the slop out of my steering. Feels like a new truck. Extremely satisfied with the parts. High quality parts and exceptional customer service! Highly recommend

Ordered their steering box for my 1995 f350 process was simple and fast to shipping and core return. Never done any steering box, drag link or tie rod change before so I contacted their support line with some questions. Great people and they knew what they were talking about. Answered every question I had. Took it in for an alignment and the shop told me it was aligned good and they didn’t need to adjust anything
Had issues with shipping. It was definitely inconvenient for me and caused issues. They couldn't control it but made it right for me with what they could do. I appreciate the quick responses and working with me to find something that felt like they cared about what happened. Good people
