Ordered their steering box for my 1995 f350 process was simple and fast to shipping and core return. Never done any steering box, drag link or tie rod change before so I contacted their support line with some questions. Great people and they knew what they were talking about. Answered every question I had. Took it in for an alignment and the shop told me it was aligned good and they didn’t need to adjust anything
Had issues with shipping. It was definitely inconvenient for me and caused issues. They couldn't control it but made it right for me with what they could do. I appreciate the quick responses and working with me to find something that felt like they cared about what happened. Good people
It seems I found the company that delivers on their claims. The entire purchasing process, core return and credit were flawless. The steering box exceeded my expectations in both appearance and performance. The improvement in steering is dramatic. Taking the time to research the company and products, I made the decision to not go with the other colored top steering box. 100% satisfied with Blue Top Steering boxes. My 1995 Ford Bronco is finally straight.
I have a 2000 F250 4x4 with 4 inch suspension lift and 35's. I have fought with keeping it between the lines because of the excess play in the steering box for years. Finally I broke down and pulled the steering box out and sent it to Blue Top. It was a very quick turn around and an easy install back in. Wow! what an amazing difference.
