Choice home warranty contracted blue thumb pool care to cover pool pump under my home warranty. Blue thumb pool care never showed up on first appointment and after he scheduled second appointment after that he has never replied to email or phone calls. Do not recommend this company to anyone, I would give him zero stars. I Requested Monday off from work and he didn’t show up then requested and then requested Tuesday off from work and did not show up again.
Never got return call even when I left a message.
Tony was very professional, early, knowledgeable, respectful and generally what I call an excellent worker. The service was so good, I’m probably going to switch my pool service to his. My thanks to Tony and to everybody at the business.
Tony provided amazing customer service, this company assures quality and professionalism. He was great at communicating and answering our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend blue thumb pool care to anyone!
