They are honest and make sure that everything is taken care of afterwards. As with any build, my suggestions would be to make sure that the builder understands exactly what you want and that you check on the details of the build as it goes along. Be sure that the engineering plans have exactly what you want before you start the build. The home is beautiful and we are enjoying it very much.
