After moving a lot of furniture in my house to have my carpet cleaned, having my mother in law come over and wait for hours, me calling the day before to confirm appointment, they leave me a message saying they needed to bring in there truck for repairs, I said send another truck, it's also getting repaired. I said, "What solution do you have?" he says call another company." Thanks for wasting my time. If I owned the company, I would have offered a massive discount for another day.
After contacting them I was told the cleaning will help removing the odor which was the main reason I ordered the service but it was only removed partially the cleaning used products is not effective enough!!! I will not use or advise to use this service again.
