Terrible follow up. Within 2 weeks the dryer vent warning came on and Blue Team has ignored my several inquiries. When the technician did the service he tried to rip me off for a new dryer vent hose. He took it upon himself to change the dryer vent hose without my approval and then tried to charge me $100 to replace it. When I told him that I wasn't going to pay $100 and that he should remove it, he simply left it on. Be careful and watch what they do closely.
