It was super easy to schedule the service and they were very flexible with the day I needed. On the day of the service Juan was communicative and kept me updated on his arrival time. My wife and I had a terrible experience with this company. I write this review because what they did is morally wrong, they didn't respect our time or our home, they stained our floors, won't refund us, and won't respond. We were given an arrival time of 8-10am for the technician, Juan, to arrive but he showed up at noon and worked for about an hour.
