Terrible follow up. Within 2 weeks the dryer vent warning came on and Blue Team has ignored my several inquiries. When the technician did the service he tried to rip me off for a new dryer vent hose. He took it upon himself to change the dryer vent hose without my approval and then tried to charge me $100 to replace it. When I told him that I wasn't going to pay $100 and that he should remove it, he simply left it on. Be careful and watch what they do closely.
I have been using blue team carpet for years and they have been incredible and very friendly, efferent and clean carpets. They help me remove so many stains in my carpets with having kids. Thank you for your service
