My husband and I tried Blue out when we were in Kansas City 2 years ago so last week when we were back in town, we brought some friends to try it! It was even better than the first time! Our server was fantastic and fun, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The atmosphere is wonderful and the lanterns across the ceiling are just beautiful. The FOOD is outstanding! My original review got deleted for some reason. Came here for a special event and was looking forward to it. The atmosphere and service was fine. However the portions for the food felt a little too small to justify the price. Especially the soft shell crab. We got one small crab for 12.50, cut into smaller pieces to make it look like two or more crabs. Other reviews show two crabs on the plate, and we were not told by our waiter that we would only get one crab. One soft shell crab for that price in this economy is almost sad... read more
This place has wonderful food, a great atmosphere, and a kind wait staff. Absolutely would recommend!
