Best place for sushi at the Shore. Expect a wait on peak days/times, but they do a great job accommodating everyone they can. In addition to sushi they have hot dishes like yakisoba noodles, etc too. They have a large outdoor patio where most of the seating is, plus they have a lawn games area so you can amuse yourself playing cornhole or what have you.

This was my 2nd time at Blu. 1st time was a week day and not that busy. The food and service were great. This time we went on a busy Sat night and it was horrible. Service was non- existent and our food was served cold ( we both ordered terriaki). We were seated quickly, but no one ever came to our table to take our order. After 20 min, we flagged down a server (who wasn't our waitress) to place our order. We waited another 45-55 min for our food.
