3/21 Update: The owner reached out to me and was very helpful. He really wanted to determine what went wrong with the machines (if anything) and reassured me that he would make sure that everything was in working order. A couple of days ago as my car was going under the dryer, I noticed that one of the sprayers was still on but I didn’t think it was hitting my car so I wasn’t too worried. However, today I discovered that there is a spotty, white, crusty coating all over the back end of my car and it didn’t come off with a dry chamois. I paid $16 for the top wash and not only did my car not come clean, but it’s worse than it was before I took it through.
It’s a very simple car wash that requires a bit of a wait while it’s busy since it’s only one car at a time. I paid $16 for the super wash and my windows are still dirty. Also, No free vacuums- they’re $2 to use and the one I tried using ate all my quarters. Very disappointed to have spent $18 and my car is still not properly cleaned. :(
