If I could put a negative star rating I would. Tommy and Hao have shown little to know loyalty or respect for the almost decade I purchased millions of dollars of stock from them. Disorganised, rude, block your number, lie, supply incorrect stock and don’t care when you voice your concerns. At this point they lost my business and I know of many others. Not a direct supplier of much and will say they have stock when they don’t. Not worth it.
We use Blue Sun each week and we have found them to be prompt and have friendly staff who help load up, we recommend these guys and girls for all your solar needs as a supplier.
As with previous posts they will not honor warranty claims as the manufacturer is no longer in the country - CSUN solar was a major brand they were pushing and now the products are failing they are denying they were the importer or supplier. Will be reporting to fair trade.
