I was told my item would be delivered between 12-4 with a 30 min notice. We changed our schedules, waited and made sure we were home because it could not be left unattended and was heavy. By 3:30 had not heard anything then after 5 get notice by text that my item had been delayed and would not be delivered. Then Sunday get notice that they would reattempt on Wednesday. By actually communicating with the customers they are supposed to deliver too. They set up the delivery date without ever contacting me so I called them to confirm and try to make sure it was all good before I set someone up to be there. They did not return that call. They never answered the next two calls or return the next message. I had to call Wayfair to get the delivery confirmed. Delivery was made on time, with a call 30 min. before arrival. Item was unloaded and placed inside home per instructions.... delivery men were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.
