had a package delivered by this company in June and it reeked of cigarette smoke... was expecting a package 11-12 their sites shows..."Loading Shortage " for the status of my package 3 days later... cannot get through to anyone on the phone to find out where my package is

terrible they left my glass shower in plywood box in my parking spot locking both garage and left they came to pick they couldn’t so they left it this is 2nd time wayfair send them then never answer the phone

Even though everything I said was true with my 1 star review. I've changed my star rating and review because being HONEST is more important to me. The team manager came and was honest about the driver and delivery for the first 2 attempt. I would use them again because of him and the honesty.

Just had a ordered delivered yesterday from them that I ordered from Wayfair. They did an amazing job and I had a minor issue Harold Boyett the President of the company, sent him an email he called the next day, and my order was here in one hour.

I received a text that I would have an item delivered 8/31/2021 between 1 and 5:00 p.m. I had 5 guys waiting to unload and nobody bothered to show up.... and nobody bothered to call... nobody knew anything on all the phone numbers... horrible service do not use

I order perishable (refrigerated, not frozen) meals from a meal delivery service as I'm incredibly busy and have strict dietary requirements. The order was originally supposed to deliver on Tuesday, but was delayed until Wednesday due to the 4th of July being on Sunday. The meals were not delivered on Wednesday 'Due to an overabundance of caution because of hurricane Elsa [Which was barely a Cat 1] but my meals were stored refrigerated in Orlando.' I was very satisfied with the prompt service of Blue Streak with my furniture!! I ordered my furniture from Wayfair and the communication, service and delivery were excellant!!!
