Horrible customer service after I spent $18K on a complete new A/C system. Both the owner and his secretary were rude when I complained about having to pay a total of $809.00 for a repair 2 years after the new system was installed. I cancelled the repair and hired a different company, since they do not stand behind their product. I would not recommend using this company. Amazing customer service! I had a situation where one of my tenants in a lease home were going to have no AC, while it was 90 degrees, and they were moving in with a family.
