I used him to install two new systems and he had to come back out on each system. I tried to call him it he didn’t answer. The issue I have is that the unit is tight against the wall on one side and out 3/4 of an inch on the other side as if it’s not mounted correctly

I contacted a number of contractors because my compressor had stopped working; I got the impression they all were over selling. I called Blue Star, Dave (hope I got name correct) responded, promised to come the following day & kept his promise. He said my compressor was old, but tried to get it running, because as he explained, if it did start then I would not have to make an immediate decision.
