I highly recommend Blue Star Septic Service.! From start to finish the communication was prompt and professional. Had a full septic tank that was backing up. This was an emergency to get it pumped. I spent the morning calling every company i could find and had zero luck. Some never called me back and others said they couldn't do it for weeks. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Called and set up pumping, receptionist wasn't in office (totally understandable) said would call in about 4t min when she was back in the office. She did! So it was great.... until I never got service the week I was supposed to. Talk to her again 2 business days later (there was a Monday holiday so I wanted to give them a little slack) but not only does she want to act like she has no idea who I am, says she barely remembers speaking to me and wants to claim she never called ... read more
