Will do half ass work and will not respond. Save your time/ money.
They were quick to come out and get me estimates on getting my camper fixed. They told me to get claims started with my insurance. Did that. Even got my money from insurance claims. Then they just stopped responding to me. I have since taken my camper to a service center to get fixed
This is the worst experience I've EVER had. If i could give ZERO stars i would. Let me begin with the first issue. I had a refrigerator go out in my rv. A tech came to check it out in February. When that tech was here he also put one of my outside speakers back on that had previously been leaking and removed and said it wouldn't leak because he sealed it properly. Blue Star RV was prompt in their response to my issue, and came out quickly to inspect my A/C that's been acting up. They saved me money in replacing my A/C motor rather than an entire unit. Manny also gave me tips on keeping up with maintenance of my RV. He is very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Blue Star RV Services!
Great service. They showed up within a few hours after I called. Replaced a carbon monoxide sensor, city water and black tank inlet connections plus replaced a fan cover on my rv. I will call these guys every time. No more sitting at a repair shop for weeks or months. Previously they did a warranty inspection.
