On the positive side, this business is not a high pressure sales outfit. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The process of a sale seemed simple and straightforward. They even (slightly hesitantly) welcomed third party inspection, which I had done. The inspection didn't even get through 3 hours before the inspector called.
