Run Forrest, Run Blue Star Rental in Belevedere SC is conducting Bad business Practices. I rented a machine whose pull cord broke before I could get it running. When I called them, I was told to wrap the cord around the shaft. I immediately returned the machine-I was charged $150 for 4 hours. No repair, no substitute machine, and no voucher for another one. I am afraid to rent another one. Go anywhere else, Rent anywhere else! Best wishes. Paul

In town on a job where I need a few pieces of equipment, there are two choices in Aiken, Blue Star by far had the best prices and the friendliest staff, the other equipment yard wanted me to open an account, wait three days while it was approved, and their price to deliver was scandalous, Glad I found Blue Star, I highly recommend their rental service.

BAD BAD BAD Charged my CC for repairs and the thing never worked. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. also told me that if i dispute the charges it will cost me more because of the contract i signed. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great Prices – Called everyone in town, this place had the cheapest rental rates, equipment worked great, even had smaller trencher that fit on our truck and didn't need trailer, will use again.

Great guys – We needed alot of equipment for our yard this year, these guys were wonderful and patient with us, suggested exactly what we needed, had the most reasonable prices, and I called everywhere for pricing, best customer service by far, wanted to say thank you!

Equipment rental was okay, but they damaged our property when delivering it and refused to fix the damage. – Terrible customer service. Equipment rental was okay, but their driver did a lot of damage to our property when he delivered the equipment. The owner / manager refused to fix the damage that his driver did with their truck to our property. I would not recommend doing business with this company because they have no concern for their customer and will try to get away with anything they can.
