This business is full of promises with no regard to the consumers interest. Was promised a quote by noon the next day based upon a sample left with the "GM." A week later after several no return phone calls seeking the promised quote I have yet to recieve even a courtesy phone call with "empty apologies." I cannot recommend the dependence on such a nonprofessional organization to timely produce quality results for my business. Still attempting to get my sample copy back.
