We recently had our old fibreglass pool replaced with a new Concrete pool from Blue Star Pools. We could not be happier! The new pool is wonderful, extremely professional finish, and the whole process from quoting to completion went off perfectly. The pool is also fully serviced by the team at Blue Star, and has stayed in perfect condition since installation. Wonderful result, wonderful service. What more could anyone ask for?
Bluestar provided us with a great service, remediating numerous issues left by another contractor. Highly recommend Michael and the team for any work you need doing on your pool.
We were so happy with the service and quality of workmanship from Michael and his team. They are very professional and quick to answer queries. I had a pool resurface done by Michael & the team at Blue Star Pools 2 years ago and they did a great job. At the time there was an issue which was not of their doing with a contractor that they used who did some of the job, this resulted in a warranty claim a year after the job was done. Michael & Scott came out, did their due diligence and Michael agreed that it fell under Bluestars warranty and a commitment was given to fix the issue. Michael and his team from Blue Star Pools provide an exceptional service from start to finish. I've used them on 2 occasions to acid wash 2 different pools and both times the results were fantastic. Thanks also to Michael's colleague, Scott who does a great job. The pools both look brand new!
