So disappointed they did not massage my head, my arms, my hands, my neck, my shoulder blades. She said 15 minutes early. I was out of the room for at least five minutes at a time twice she did not do any top of a massage just rubbing and hot rocks which burnt my feet.. I cannot believe all those reviews are real reviews!! I definitely will not be back
I have never had a better massage in my life. I didn't get her name but she was the most sweetest and nicest lady. I have fibromyalgia. My massage was an hour long. I haven't felt this good in so long. I am constantly in pain. I've learned to live with it. The lady that massaged me took her time in each tension spot and areas of my body I didn't know had tension. I can't imagine anybody leaving a bad review. She was wonderful. I’ve been going here for the last 2-3 years - always had a good to decent experience until yesterday: I texted the manager Dec 30th and asked if they had any availability for a Massage 60 min 30 min foot massage combo for my feet at 6:00 pm . They said yes , blue star. I show up at 6 pm, the only lady there told me my appointment was at 6:30 pm . There was no one else there getting a massage. I asked if I needed to come back and she said yes / then no when I showed her the texts of booking the appointment saying for 6:00 pm ... read more
