The staff was very impressive. My doctor is in McKinney and sent me here because they have a large open MRI where anyone who is bothered by the normal MRI can feel more at ease. I drove a long way to get to them. They knew exactly what was going on with my insurance and explained it clearly to me, even though it's my responsibility as the patient to know my own policy that I'm using as a 3rd party to pay my medical bill. I have been in for my back and both shoulders. The reports were sent out to the 4 doctors who did the surgeries and pain management. EVERTHING WENT WELL AND TIMELY. Insurance paid as agreed with no suprises. I'm 6'5" which is a squeeze in inclosed mri machines I have been in. Blue Star's equipment is open and can hold pro football players . Staff and equipment were great to me. Lets face it...... it's for Jerry Jones Cowboys
Do not do business with these people. I have had 2 MRI's with them and each time my quoted bill and actual bill differed vastly. The first time they tried to charge me for a contrast injection that was never quoted in cost or even mentioned in what was being done and that was over $300. This most recent procedure I received a bill and paid it. I then 5 months later, while not receiving any bill during this time, get a phone call saying I owe an additional $37 and I was about to be sent to collections. They even admitted to m... read more

"Hi tech company" but has no way to pay bills online? Instead, you have to phone in or use a FAX? HELLO! I can't FAX because of where I live. I live in the 21st century.
