Purchased an axle from QLD for a project I’m doing, they shipping company did not deliver the whole package but sent it to the wrong address including the other persons accessories for his trailer to me and my axle to him. I have tried contacting them multiple times from the NSW number and the QLD number with no pick up at all. Very disappointing
Customer Service is a joke, can't track anything
Never use this company. Very bad service and even worse customer service. Lost products. Damaged boxes. Massive delays. List goes on
