Same as many here. It’s now 11 days past the estimated delivery and item has been sitting in their depot all this time. Companies should not use them as it affects your brand as well. Update - make that 16 days. Website says ‘delivered’ but it hasn’t. Called them and was told it still hasn’t left the depot.

I've fallen victim to a "lost in transit" claim. It seems like a scam company really, especially with this kind of review rating.
Tried to track a parcel. No tracking given, very poor customer service when I called a number of times to locate my item. Still unable to tell me where my item is.
Never use bluestar logistics inefficient and delayed on every single order.
