Never use this company. Very bad service and even worse customer service. Lost products. Damaged boxes. Massive delays. List goes on
Kept getting pushed back with delays, days turned into weeks. Not happy with the service in any forum I reckon these guys would misplace their own cars in the business car lot with how hard it for them to find your freight. They claim they will provide you tracking, na mate Better off getting a telemarketers sisters number then your packages tacking location.
(1 Star – Because zero stars isn’t an option) My delivery was due on 8th July. It’s now 15th July, and not only do I not have the parcel — I don’t even have a new delivery date. When I finally reached someone in the Sydney office (after a heroic battle with hold music), I was told to contact the sender. The sender should then contact Blue Star.
