I knew nothing about the process of acquiring a tank, setting it, filling it. I was just tired of hauling three seven gallon tanks every Sunday to get them refilled. I called Blue Star in Olympia and the process started. Mike came out and looked at our project, suggested the place to put it and explained the process. I purchased a home this year with an older propane tank that had no service records available, being concerned about the tank running to the fireplace and I finally called Blue Star Gas and they professionally answered all my concerns and reassured us how clean and safe to humans and pets using propane is. Living in Mason county their tech came out to do a leak check gave us the thumbs up and came out the same week to fill the tank. Blue Star Gas has a repeat customer, thank you.

My experience with Blue Star started out great. I reached out to them because they are listed as a top dealer by Kohler for generators. I ultimately postponed our purchase, waiting for a new model to be released, but moved forward once it came out. It took weeks to order the generator, and I was having to follow up on a regular basis to keep things moving forward.
