I’m trying to get a service man to see what is going on with my generator I bought from them a few years back. I wish they would change their hours they say they are opened till because I keep getting the answering machine telling me to stay on the line and the next representative will be with me shortly. Not a community oriented business, stay away if all possible. Don't rent their tanks. Go buy a new tank 250gal for 1250$ from redding. Scam artists wont sell you the tank you had for 30yrs+ and they wont rejuvenate their rentals either as all landlords do. No facelift to your revenue streams? If you want to keep your rental income then at least have policies in place to remove old tanks and replace them w new ones after every say 30 years for example. We’ve been happy Blue Star customers for 40 years….over the years they’ve kept our propane tanks filled up (not easy on a very narrow rough crumbling road) and our appliances running…always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly…I’m not living in the house right now and know they are still taking care of things and it will be ready whenever I’m there….we are so grateful for their whole crew
