RecommendedPhil at Blue Star Gas did an amazing job at getting our permits passed with Shasta County and got our generator installed with the crews help. We got all of our rebates back and we are now prepared for the PG&E shut offs! Thank you, Doug Carlson
I am completely unsatisfied. I still have a bill sent to my house in error for a lease I never renewed. I canceled service 3 times two months prior to the lease renewal date! I called and left numerous messages asking and demanding that they need to be rectified with no reply! I am still appalled at the awful treatment I received from the receptionist. RecommendedFive stars!! Brian at Bluestar Gas was with us from start to finish and even made sure we got our rebates!! We now can cook, have dry clothes, are warm and have lots of hot water. I am impressed with the customer service and recommend Blue Star if you need propane because natural gas is not an option in your area.
my elderly parents tried to pay tgeir bill to get propane the day before Thanksgiving.. Sadly it was more important for the company to be rude and heartless.. They told my Dad he was 10 minutes late.. They refused to help him although he has been a long term.customer.. It's wrong and very sad. Shame on them...
Horrible customer service. Treat customers rudely. Update Waited all day for someone to call me from Blue Star. No call. But the rep I have the issue with called my husband and asked him to take my negative review down!
RecommendedWe ran out of gas On Friday morning by Friday afternoon we had gas in our tank, with a new customer service appointment everybody was awesome! Thank you Blue Star!
We have had issues, still unresolved, with the Central Point Oregon office admin staff. Our friends and associates agree that this is not appropriate.
Recommendedmoved into my place, found out "after" moving that I needed service. Sent blue star a service start request Thursday evening and they hooked me up and filled my tank Friday morning! the gentlemen that did it really took his time to make sure everything was setup right and talked to me about how to save fuel and get the best out of my propane.... really amazing experience 10/10 would recommend
