I’ve been consistently showing up to Blue Star for the last year which is one of my longest fitness streaks. Ursula is the best fitness trainer I know bar none. She has been my go-to for over 10 years. I have 30 years in physically demanding military roles so I need a top-notch trainer to keep me going. The strength and endurance classes she teaches are effective, innovative, and fun. Highly recommended no matter what your fitness level is, she will take care of you!
Ursula is an amazing trainer. She has me moving ,being stronger and clearer minded. Ursula is bringing me out of a long physical slump. I am doing things I haven't been able to do in over 8 yrs. Dear Blue Star Fitness, thank you for giving me the ability to move 2 tons of pellets into my parents house in an hour. Also thanks for making me strong enough to muscle the heaviest bureau ever through the house and up a flight of stairs and into a room all by myself. Basically thanks for making me strong AF!! Seriously though, I don’t know what I’d do without this place. I love Ursula and all the people I workout with!
