I tried Blue Star Acupuncture today. I have had many different experiences at many locations in this by far was the best. My chief complaints were neck, pain, TMJ and constipation. First, the scheduling went very smooth. They are very responsive. The atmosphere is wonderful nice soft music and birds playing. The facility is a clean, welcoming, relaxing environment. Excellent service. Cindy is excellent. Always excellent Excellent thanks cindy. I have been a patient for a year. Received a notice from blue star this week that my insurance provider no longer covered my treatments but I was not made aware of this until I had run up a bill of over 800.00. Staff should have notified me in January and I would have discontinued my treatments. I have 2 months of treatments to pay for that I thought were covered by insurance.
My pain is gone in one session. I have had headaches and neck pain for months and nothing worked until today. Thank you Blue Star Acupuncture & Wellness
