We got some vivid 360s for a customer with a older pool and wanted to ensure we had no issues. These lights are retrofit for a few brands with various niche types and fit perfectly into a 40 year old niche . Great product.

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to returning calls and responding to emails. My pool company installed their 360 pool light in my pool and here I am 2 years later with a shorted out/flickering light. I was told by Trish that after I filled and sent the warranty form that I would get a replacement but here we are a month later and nothing. *UPDATE 12/5/23* Wil is an amazing employee, he reached out to me after finding out about my problem. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to returning calls and responding to emails. I was told by Trish that after I filled and sent the warranty form that I would get a replacement but here we are a month later and nothing. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Like another reviewer stated, nobody returns calls or emails. Their parts fail constantly and you cannot get help. Have multiple pop-ups that have cracked housings and do not stay in the fittings at the bottom of the pool. Now have the valve lid that cracked and leaked everywhere. Parts don't seem to hold up and you cannot get in touch with anyone there.
