Three lights installed in my pool. All went bad within 2 years, replaced under warranty. All 3 went bad again in less than 2 years. They told me too bad. What good is a 3 year warranty if all 6 lights don't last 2 years?
We got some vivid 360s for a customer with a older pool and wanted to ensure we had no issues. These lights are retrofit for a few brands with various niche types and fit perfectly into a 40 year old niche . Great product.
This place is the absolute worst when it comes to returning calls and responding to emails. My pool company installed their 360 pool light in my pool and here I am 2 years later with a shorted out/flickering light. I was told by Trish that after I filled and sent the warranty form that I would get a replacement but here we are a month later and nothing. *UPDATE 12/5/23* Wil is an amazing employee, he reached out to me after finding out about my problem.
