Streets are awful, seems pretty janky, have been there 2 times and residential I encountered were not very friendly.
Blue Spruce Mobile Home Park is located across the street from me. From what I've heard and seen is that they nit-pick on some tenants (for things that actually add beauty to their lot) yet let others do things that shouldn't be allowed. One tenant works on his vehicles right in the street, uses the next door drive to park his things (which is empty now), parks in front of neighboring tenant's spaces & is very loud (revs engines A LOT)!
