Upon signing my contract and an agreed upon start date in April. They continually pushed the start date back further and further due to "weather" related delays on other projects. Finally in August they started the project. Upon completion of the pool, we received no training or education on how things worked, recommended pool maintenance, salt levels, water level requirements, nothing, not even basic pool information. Thank you for your review. Lets start with the start date issue. Unfortunately as a construction company we cannot control the weather, you were updated with each time we had a delay. We worked as quickly as we could through projects as we were set back by over 2 feet of rain that year.Per your warranty that you signed and understood, you have a 1 year labor warranty.for the light issue, you left out that you cut the conduit first instead of calling us to address the concern.As for another company pointing out other items th... read more
