So glad we finally found this shop. Jamie is awesome and gives it to you straight. None of the well this is what you came in for but you need to do this this and this right now. She shared what was wrong and explained it in detail. The cost of that repairs with labor and made recommendations for things coming down the road. I can’t say enough about this place. They always give me the best service and fair reasonable price. No one likes to deal with car issues, but if you have to have one I highly recommend them.
I mistakenly posted about a bad customer service experience that I had at Calvert's Express Auto on 7 Hwy on this page and was contacted very quickly with concern about my post. The concern about my experience was genuine even though I had posted to the incorrect page and I appreciate that concern for my less than satisfactory experience at Calvert's. I have found my new auto shop and thank you for your quick and compassionate reply.
