The experience that we had here was horrible. They have now told us we had two trucks, one we had until the payment jumped up to over $800 without any explanation, and we were not informed that the vehicle had been wrecked until we showed up to sign the papers (which is when the payments skyrocketed) and the 2nd one was sold immediately following the sales rep saying it was sold to us. My choices in every vehicle that I have wanted was to wait for the lien release/title, wait for whatever to be fixed, or sorry they sold it. ... read more
Look elsewhere. Sold me a known lemon refused to take any responsibility for it. Transmission failed in less than 30 days. It is a known issue for this car but did not find out until now. Comes to find out that this car is actually been buy back before so they already knew it was a lemon and still sold it anyhow.You would think that a when you buy a car from an actual big name dealership that you should actually get something that's good and don't have to worry about something breaking in the first 30 days but apparently not... read more
18 minutes agoNEW I purchased a pre-owned vehicle through Blue Springs **** and the vehicle does have issues that were not disclosed at the point of sale, and it feels like I'm getting the run around. Just extremely disappointed with the entire transaction, and I'll continue chronicle my experience as the dealership tries to correct the mistake. When I purchased my car in 2020 I paid additional money to receive a loaner vehicle anytime I needed service. I live in downtown KC so its not close to just get a ride home and costly for an Uber. I made an appointment on Friday for Monday service and it was confirmed. On Monday an hour before my appointment they called to say they didn't have time to help me that day.
