Great team. Great communication and service
Purchased a Ford with extended warranty from a Ford dealership. Now this particular Ford location is telling me they won't honor the warranty. Was considering trade in, too. Suppose I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Worst customer experience I've ever had! Lied to multiple times, person pawned off as Service Manager, was just an advisor, very rude to both myself and my daughter. Even suggesting that we go somewhere else, and not there. We had both brought in vehicles for "The Works" at their "Quick Lane" service Center. Neither Quick or "Customer Service" were involved. Were there when the place opened, only 2 other cars in line. 5 hours later they hadn't even started to work on them. Conveniently, no "Manager" was available. Even thoug... read more
